ExecPlus has built a unique team of over 50 professional and committed Associates based in Devon and Cornwall. Each one has hands-on experience as an Owner Manager or Senior Executive in a successful organisation or industry sector or as experienced consultant and advisor. They therefore bring experience and expertise that is valuable and appropriate to your organisation. Professionalism The majority of ExecPlus Associates are former Directors and all have excellent track records and a wealth of experience. They will understand the needs of your organisation, your employees and your marketplace and will complement the skills and experience already in your organisation. Personality Our associates are independent, entrepreneurial, honest and direct. They have chosen to join the ExecPlus network because they want to share their extensive knowledge and experience to encourage and support other organisations to do what they themselves have done which is to create success and rewards for owners, stakeholders and successors.
